Denominators for Cap Rates
Could be basis everywhere instead of a static purchase price, or with basis - have that be the denominator rather than the purch price
Can we clarify what the return indicates in the listings?
The blue return percentage doesn’t say what it is exactly - cash on cash, cap rate, something else? Could this be a return calculated based on user’s preferences (e.g. I say I always plan brrrr with 75% ltv, maybe someone wants to buy all cash, the return% should be different).

Why get report buttons are required?
I see a lot of get investment report buttons on multiple listings, only agent verified listings seem to have actual numbers on them, feels like too much friction for someone who wants to just browse properties, can we just present the numbers without the need to click the button?
