Rent and Renovation Comparison (SFR)
Would be good to have the multi-field analysis comparison as you do with multifam that shows current rent returns, estimated rent returns, and estimated rent with renovation returns.
STR Expenses
On the STR analysis it’s missing an “other utilities” field. This would be for internest, pool cleaning or other utitlites that might be paid be the owners for a STR
Condition and Rent
How does a user know if the rent is before or after renovations are done. Can there be some indication the rent displayed is after renovation rents?
Purchase Price Adjustment
When changing the purchase price, is it possible to have that front and center on the downloadable report? Highlighting the initial listing price vs. the suggested offer price. Thanks!
closing a property
If possible when you click off the picture it closes the window or make the close “x” move as you scroll down with you have clicked into a property
Vacancy rate and Income Increase
Can the vacancy rate be increased to 75% from 15% and the rental income go to 10,000. Or have an option to type in a number.
