Agent Analysis Screen
Listings like “80 Vine St” are not showing any units and our analysis screen is not allowing us to fix it or even analyze custom income in this scenario. Please advise.
Renovation costs
Hi Trev, There is an issue when we try to put in renovation costs. If you try to type it in it just keeps going to a blank screen.
Price filter not resorting
The price filter is not resorting even after zooming out on the multifamily
Can't load up linked property
I tried to load a link that a client sent …property/5450218, and nothing loads up. Is there a way to look up that property by the number? It could have gone off market. I also had another client say they could not load the copied link. Maybe there is a process we need to figure out.
Can't sign in on desktop
I created new account on signed in on mobile but I’m unable to sign in on desktop. When I sign in the page refreshes but does not log me in.
Defaults in Multifamily
The default down payment is $.25 it might be better at 25% of the purchase price.
1069 palmwood - taxes
Appears tax info isn’t being pulled in propertly? Showing $0. Also, noticing many properties put $0 in for trash. Seems like we should also have default number for WM.
Rent and Renovation Comparison (SFR)
Would be good to have the multi-field analysis comparison as you do with multifam that shows current rent returns, estimated rent returns, and estimated rent with renovation returns.
Rent/Sqft?
1756 F St. Listing- Rent/Sqft is listed as $1 but that’s for estimated rent of $2130 on property with 1528 sqft. Should be $1.39/sqft.
mislabelled mulit fam
1520 South Ct This is a duplex with A&B units that are each 2bed/1bath and AI systems has it as 4plex studios. I’m unable to correct this is in agent analysis setup.
STR Expenses
On the STR analysis it’s missing an “other utilities” field. This would be for internest, pool cleaning or other utitlites that might be paid be the owners for a STR
Sort resets
the sorting will reset when I put in a price then change the homes from all (townhomes and condos) to just homes. The price filter gets reset
Denominators for Cap Rates
Could be basis everywhere instead of a static purchase price, or with basis - have that be the denominator rather than the purch price
Condition and Rent
How does a user know if the rent is before or after renovations are done. Can there be some indication the rent displayed is after renovation rents?
